In yesterday’s Advisor, we covered the issue of in loco parentis for employees wanting FMLA leave to care for a son or daughter. Today, the other direction—when an employees want leave to care for the person who stood in loco parentis for them, plus an introduction to the “FMLA Bible.”

KoKo [kupo!] asked: I really like action RPG’s, and I was wondering what some good ps2 games are. I really like the battle system of Kingdom Hearts, and if you’ve played Eternal Sonata for the Xbox 360, I like that battle system too. Right now I’m playing Radiata Stories, but I want to get another game for when I’m finished with that one.
So, is there another game with a battle system similar to Kingdom Hearts/Kingdom Hearts 2?
